Merchandise may be returned for a GIFT CARD CODE ONLY. No Refunds.
The Gift Card Code will be emailed directly to the email used at checkout.
Any STORE CREDIT issued is only good for one year.
When making a return to our store you must have your receipt or invoice present.
Online purchases may be returned within 10 days of the ship date. We will not accept any items returned after 10 days.
You are responsible to pay for your own shipping cost when shipping your merchandise back.
Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags attached.
We will not accept any merchandise back that is returned with make up/deodorant or any other products on it, damaged, worn, washed, used, ripped off tags or any of the sort qualify as non-returnable. No exceptions.
GIFT CARDS or e-gift cards may not be returned.
GIFT CARDS are only valid for one year.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. Final sale items include but are not limited to:
- Holiday themed items.
- All sale or clearance items.

How to Return (U.S. Only)
-First, reference our return policy above and make sure the item(s) to be returned meet all of our criteria.
-Next, Print & COMPLETE the return form below and include it in the box with the item(s) you are returning.
-Lastly, swing by your local Post Office, UPS or FedEx location to ship your package. We recommend getting a tracking number for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
Fill out the information on the Return Form. Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Return shipping is non-refundable, unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).
